Hi and thanks for creating this space for us.

    I'm from BDR.
I am just finishing off a taper from valium, I'll be off next week.
See my sig line for taper details.
Its been a really tough experience and I got off lightly compared to the suffering some people have gone through.

    Hey peace,

Next week? That is awesome!!! I noticed in your signature you are in microgram territory in your taper. How are you doing this? Liquid dilution & oral syringe? Do you think you will have any acute withdrawals tapering this low? Is this a common way to taper from benzos?

Sorry for all the questions, I am very curious.

    Thanks & welcome!

    Hi Peace,

That's really great that you are nearly off, and very inspiring.
I just had one question. You say that you had perimenopausal symptoms. Did you take hormones for that or how was it handled, if you don't mind me asking? I think I may be having the same problem.

    I'm on Klonopin and opiates.

    Thanks.
