    What an amazing piece! Very thought provoking, something a lot of us here can relate with. The thing is, I think everyone of us has a monster deep inside our heads, not just us suffering from any sort of dependence. Some people just know how not to wake the monster up. Others happen to be just lucky, never waking the monster fully enough to control them.

    Wanted to share some literature which makes a "little" sense of our addiction.... I want to change my life by Steven Melemis. Got it all. No war stories just simple science - why we are addicts etc. Take a look. Its free on popular sites where ya download stuff? books n that?
